Construction of 12.5m high Canvas Tent manufacturing Factory Warehouse with insulated roof & wall cladding above 6m & block work below that in factory workshop & office block with built up area of 187,110 Sqft.
Our Scope of work includes complete Civil works, with coordination & builder’s work for Electrical works, Structural steel works, Plumbing & drainage, fire protection works, aluminum & joinery works for the complete factory warehouse. Complete asphalt works outside the warehouse but inside the plot which was around 30,000 sqm. was done by us.
All permissions related to the works such as permissions from EHS authorities & CED Dept obtained as per JAFZA regulations. Civil Defence, Ethisalat and DEWA permits were also abtained.
